	         	         <description>My second session of the WFFC 2024 was on the Camporells lakes, a series of high mountain (2300m +) lakes full of clever wild browns. On both lake sectors we rotated lakes (not everyone fished each lake) with four sub sessions of 1 hour, the combined number of fish from which made the final session result. Although not every lake was equal most had a similar number of fish, which (along with the rotations) made it quite fair. 	         	         <description>Now that I have a website with a blog, I can publish some of the recap articles I wrote from my sessions at the 2024 World Fly Fishing Championship in the French pyrenees. Upon reflection, it was the most enjoyable championship I have attended so far, with quite fair beats and very well organised. The rivers were very technically challenging for wild browns, and there was great sight fishing with dry fly in the alpine lake sectors.
